Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Booking Confirmation & Payments

All bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of advance payment. Full balance (if applicable) is required before check-in. Corporate or bulk bookings may require additional advance as communicated at the time of reservation.

2. Cancellation by Guest

Because rooms, beds and staff may be blocked in advance for confirmed bookings, the following cancellation terms apply.

A. Room Bookings

Time Before Check‑In:

More than 30 days (1 month) before check-in: 100% refund

15–30 days before check-in: 50% refund

8–14 days before check-in: 25% refund

7 days or less before check-in: No refund

No-show: No refund

Early checkout: No refund

B. Food & Catering Services

Food services (breakfast, lunch, dinner, packed meals, snacks, beverages and catering) are non‑refundable once:

• the food has been prepared, or

• raw materials have been procured for the order, or

• the service date is within 24 hours.

3. Early Check‑Out

If a guest checks out before the scheduled departure date, no refund will be issued for unused nights, meals or services.

4. Modifications to Booking

Date-change requests are subject to availability and may be approved at our discretion.

5. Refund Conditions

Refunds are issued only when:

• the cancellation meets the timelines above;

• double payment or billing error is verified; or

• the service was not delivered due to reasons attributable to us.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

7. Non‑Refundable Situations

No refund will be issued for:

• cancellations within the non‑refundable period,

• no‑show,

• early departure,

• meals or services prepared/consumed,

• non‑refundable bookings.

8. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by events beyond our control.

9. Governing Law

This policy is governed by Indian law under Gautam Buddha Nagar jurisdiction.
