Terms & Conditions – MANSAVI VILLA HOMESTAY

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website, booking with us, or staying at Mansavi Villa HomeStay, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Room Features & Occupancy

• All rooms are of double occupancy and have one double bed or two single beds.

• All rooms have attached or private bathrooms.

• Rooms are subject to availability.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

• Standard Check-In: 12:00 PM

• Standard Check-Out: 10:00 AM

• Early arrival and late departure are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Power Backup

• We generally provide 24×7 power supply.

• In rare cases of a power outage, inverter backup is available for:

  • Lights

  • Fans

  • TV

5. Identity Verification

Guests must carry a valid government ID proof, such as:

• Passport

• Driver's License

• PAN Card

• Aadhaar or equivalent

Guests must provide hard copies of booking confirmation vouchers at the time of check-in.

6. Booking Confirmation & Payments

A booking is considered confirmed only upon payment of:

• 50% advance, and

• Balance 50% before arrival

Full payment must be completed before check-in.
Management reserves the right to cancel bookings if payments are delayed.

7. Amenities & Meal Services

• Complimentary Breakfast: 8:30 AM – 9:30 AM

• Dinner Facility: ₹500 per person

  • Guests must inform management by 11:00 AM for dinner arrangements.

8. Guest Conduct

Guests are expected to:

• Maintain decorum

• Respect property rules

• Avoid activities that disturb other guests or staff

Any property damage will be chargeable.

9. Website Use

Guests must not use the website for:

• Unlawful activities

• Fraudulent or harmful purposes

• Automated data extraction or scraping

• Misuse of any website content

10. Third-Party Links

The website may contain links to external sites.
Mansavi Villa HomeStay is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party websites.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content—text, images, graphics, and materials—is the property of Mansavi Villa HomeStay.
Reproduction or use is not permitted without written approval.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Loss of personal belongings

• Service interruptions due to external situations

• Inaccuracies arising from third-party systems or services

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the courts of Greater Noida jurisdiction.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
